ORDER TRACKING

You can track the status of your order using the tracking number sent to your registered email on this page Track Order. Or Simply visit our order tracking page and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates.

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

Browse our collections, select your preferred items, choose size and colour, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using UPI, cards, net banking, or cash on delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BEING CONFIRMED?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with order details. Our team will process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.

INCONSISTENT ORDER

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER GETTING A REFUND. WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you on how to return the product or arrange a re-charge for the order amount.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS HELD BY CUSTOMS?

For international orders, if your package is held by customs, please provide the required documentation. Contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–15 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Modifications can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order enters processing and changes cannot be accommodated. Please contact support for assistance.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent to you after placing the order. You can also find it in the 'My Orders' section of your account.

DO YOU DELIVER ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?

Our courier partners may not deliver on public holidays. However, orders placed during holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

IS NEXT-DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS?

Next-day delivery is available for select pin codes and metro cities. This option will be shown at checkout if available for your delivery address.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

For most orders, a signature is not required. However, for high-value orders, the delivery partner may request a signature or OTP verification.
