Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- A return request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased on sale or discount
- Customized or altered items
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues
- All exchanges are subject to product availability
Return Shipping
- For damaged or incorrect products, we will bear the return shipping cost
